Ming Wah Group to enter the real estate industry for over20years, which started inHaikou market and development in Hainan Province. Currently, Ming Wah Group has becomeone of China’s top fifty owned real estate development level qualifications. Companies adhere to"create life, nesting home" business philosophy, and generates a "brand-based, strategy-oriented,market quality, efficiency as a means of" core values. In the enterprise development process,Minghua staff always adhere to enhance recognition of corporate social influence amongindustry praise among the owners. Now, the company has developed into a real estatedevelopment and sales, commercial real estate buyers, the three major industrial shops touristindustry.Minghua enterprises in the rapid development, human resource management, there aremany problems in the following three areas: human resource development, human resourceallocation coordination, early warning and prevention of human resources crisis. Now, withmore and more government regulation efforts estate, the real estate market competition is moreintense, more can be seen that talent has become the core of enterprise development.Development and training of key personnel fundamentally affect the competitiveness ofenterprises and future growth potential, and this will be a relatively high profit enterprises toobtain favorable support. Therefore, the study of Ming Wah Group human resources crisis earlywarning and prevention work will become the healthy development of more effective protection.First, in the second chapter of the thesis about the crisis in human resources associatedwith the theories and concepts; Then, in the third chapter reveals the status and performance ofMing Wah Group Human Resources crisis, tells the story of the human resource managementprocess in the organization existing organization, staff management and other issues, on thisbasis, discussed the need for early warning of human resources crisis; then establish a humanresource crisis early warning indicator system using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzycomprehensive judgment method in the fourth chapter, while specifically been tested and foundMinghua human resources crisis management is not very good. In the fifth chapter, the basictext of the previous study, an overview of the preparation of related conditions and theimplementation of appropriate measures to deal with the human resources crisis in the process,hoping to be able to provide practical advice for the future development of the Ming WahGroup.
