With the development of modern logistics, the research on circular logistics and its cost is one of hotspots and difficulties in the logistics. This study is based on research and analysis on the inherent factors and related structures of circular logistics, by take a manufacturing enterprise logistic system as a research case, to establish a cost model of the circular logistics. Then, by considering a variety of influencing factors and their relationships comprehensively, and using discrete event system modeling method, to make forward logistics and reverse logistics model into the circular logistics model and design circular logistics system simulation strategies, finally establish a credible circular logistics simulation model. Through the study of the intelligent optimization algorithms, especially ant colony algorithm (AA) and genetic algorithm (GA), in accordance with the defect of the traditional algorithm that is intelligent optimization efficiency and easy into a local optimal solution, take the genetic algorithm into the ant algorithm and give principle and method of simulation and optimization based on GAAA. In the traditional models, simulation and optimization are independent, but our model integrates both, and take the circular logistics cost models into the simulation, and based on a comprehensive cost, optimize circular logistics distribution system. As well, based on circular logistics comprehensive cost model and GAAA algorithm, establish a simulation and optimization model. Finally with .NET and SQL SERVER 2000 as the development environment, design and achieve the circular logistics system simulation software. By use of the actual data of a manufacturing enterprise, with the given customer demand, external supply and various entities'the initial state, can simulate the operation of the circular logistic system to verify the model's reliability and usability.Research circular logistics systems, establish logistics model, simulate important functions and segments and optimize system based on cost evaluation. It is not only an important consult and basis for enterprises in decision-making reference and selection of a reasonable and scientific programs in logistics but also play an important role in logistics cost savings and improvement of the logistics efficiency. Research is valuable for taking the theory and methods of simulation and optimization into the logistics, and the exploration of the structure and function of circular logistics system will help to improve understanding of the comprehensive cost in the logistics process.
