Study On China's Employment Equity And The Realization Of The Path

Building a socialist harmonious society is a major strategic move of our party that builds a well-off society and creates a new situation in building socialism with Chinese characteristics.As an important part of social equity, employment equity is not only the basic requirements for building a harmonious society, but also an important foundation for the protection of workers'basic human rights. However, China's current labor market due to the combined effect of multiple factors such as legal, cultural, institutional, there are still unfairness in employment opportunities, employment benefits and employment services, which is a serious obstacle to the harmonious development of society. To this end, we should promote the reform of household registration system, establish a unified labor market system, improve relevant laws and regulations and deepen the reform of the education system to eliminate inequities in employment, and ultimately achieve employment equity.
