As the contradiction of supply outstripping demand in talent market began to stand out, the condition of graduates' job search is anxious, employment discrimination in graduates' first time job search is an important factor. It decreases the lucre of educational human capital investment. Employment discrimination in graduates' first time job search not only effect personal income but also only have a negative effect on the whole society where people's viewpoints toward equality, law and so on.This paper firstly finds out the factors that influence the employer's behavior in the process of recruitment by analyzing the employer's general recruitment behavior. Then, the paper analyzes why there is discrimination existing in employer's graduates' recruitment behavior. Thereafter, the paper constructs a model and analyzes discrimination in graduates' first time job search and the influence that the discrimination behavior makes to total social utility. At last, in the light of the laws and measures that build to prohibit discrimination in employment in some countries and areas, the paper suggests some policies and regulations to eliminate the discrimination in graduates' first time job search.
