The Empirical Analysis On Circular Economy Development Models Of Industrial Park

Industrial parks are the important carriers of circular economy development with unique advantages in technology,view and system.And the recycling economy of industrial parks is the important breakthrough point and idealistic choice to develop circular economy in our country.Therefore,researching circular economic garden areas and its establishing thought,developmment pattern as well as operating mechanism is of great acadamic value and realistic significance to speed up the development of recycling economy and achieve the sustainable development in both economy and society. This paper researched the construction of circular economic experimental units in Shandong and elaborated the successful cases in these units by using empirical analysis method guided by sustainable development concept,circular economy theory and industrial ecology theory and combined with the lastest development policy of circular economy as well as the construction basic theory in the world's circular economic ecological industrial gardens,which can supply the worth--learning patterns and operable suggestions to develop circular economy in our country.This paper addresses the following aspects:(1) The theory research of circular economy demonstration construction in the industrial parks.This paper summarized its theoretical basis and anlyzed its connotation as well as essence respectively.(2) The current research situation of circular economy construction in the industrial parks.In this paper, the circular economy construction situation in industrial parks was elaborated and the typical experience and existing problems were sumed up both at home and abroad respectively.(3) The research of circular economy construction in the industrial park of Shandong province.This passage focused on the study of 20 implementation programs of circular economic experimental units in the industrial parks which were absorbed in the《Implementation programs of circular economy experimental units in Shandong province》,and then distinguished and analyzed the current situation of four different type of industrial parks: the agricultural industrial parks,transformation type industrial parks,resources recycling type industrial parks and the parks which were built by the enterprises themselves.Finally,demostration construction models of different type of industrial parks were explored.(4) The study on typical development pattern cases of circular economy in the industrial parks.This paper took Qingdao Animal Husbandry Science&Technology Demonstration Park,Shandong Lubei Industrial Demonstration Park of Circular Economy,Yantai Resources Recycling Demonstration Zone and Yantai Economic&Technical Development Zone as examples and elaborated their circular economy development patterns respectively.The main research results of this paper:summarized the theoretical and the practical path of circular economic construction in industrial park at home and abroad,which can supply the theoretical support and construction model introduction of developing circular economy for Shandong or even the whole country.Its application value mainly reflects:(1) This paper introduced the construction of key projects and the characteristic development model which embodied in the circular economic implementing schemes of 20 industrial parks in the circular economic construction"123"project of Shandong province,and elaborated some circular econimic industrial linking nets which have important spreading significance.Given these two points ,this paper can supply model desseminating and theoretical reference for Shandong or the whole country'industrial park who wants to develop circular economy.(2) This paper put forward that industrial symbiosis is the starting point and foothold of developing circular economy in the industrial parks, which can offer the theoretical support and direction guide for making policy of industry and region. Meanwhile, the development approach of circular economy was made clear in this paper.(3)This paper elaborated the important role of resources recycling processing utilization enterprises for saving resources,improving environment and developing circular economy and offered the guide for developing venous industry in the"enclosed areas"of industrial parks after elaborating Yantai resources recycling processing demonstration areas.
