Property income is from people owed property. Property income of urban residents means that urban residents access to the corresponding income, through the exercise of possession of their own property, the right to use the proceeds of, the right to dispose to empowerment. Property income and family operating income, wage income, metastatic income, together constitute the total income of urban residents . The vast majority of urban residents in our country had have almost no property income for 30 years before reform and opening up. Urban residents have been a more significant increase in the property income, regardless of the absolute number, or the relative weight after reform and opening-up of 30 years. Of course ,China's urban residents income are the main source of income for wage and salary earners and income metastatic. Property income in total income share is relatively small, there is generally no more than 2%, in a subordinate position. At the same time, property income is of growing diversification of sources , including rental or sale, savings deposits, the purchase of stocks, bonds, insurance. Therefore, the property income has become a revenue income of urban residents of the factors that can not be ignored.The property income of Chinese urban residents is the gradual growth along with the socialist market economic system reform and sustained economic growth . The income distribution system, labor system, financial system, real estate market-oriented reform have a direct role in the growth of property income.At present the adverse health factors of the impact of China's urban residents property income growth have a four-point. First, the gap between rich and poor continued to widen, the "Matthew Effect" phenomenon. Second, the housing system, financial systems are unsound in our courtry. Third, it is the high unemployment rate of urban residents. Fourfh, residents are lack of investment knowledge and risk awareness. Country and society must take proper measures to solve the existing problems, so that urban residents have more income and property and to allow more residents to own property income,in order to promoting social harmony and progress. Major initiatives have continued to maintain sustained and rapid economic development, and do everything possible to promote employment; Continue to deepen reform, improve the property and the residents of income-related system; Popularize of financial management knowledge, improve risk education for the majority of the residents...
