As referred in the 17th CPPCC Conference, China will be developed into an innovative country which attaches more importance to the society's capacity of independent innovation. Currently, technology and market changes rabidly which means it is difficult for a single company or university to achieve innovation successfully and the only way to innovation is whether the organization can learn effectively and make good use of outréresources.Industry-University cooperation meets the new requirement about the innovation capabilities and becomes one of best means for countries to achieve innovation. In our country, universities and companies are belonging to different value systems, as a result, cooperation between them needs to come over many obstacles such as valve conflicts, profit distribution conflicts and so on. If we can not do these, personnel training research in universities will not meet needs of self-development of industries which will bring in waste of resources. How to clear current obstacles and exhibit synergy between universities and industries means a lot to our goals to build an innovative country and update our domestic industries. In this thesis, the author reviews related theories and studies on the Industry-University cooperation, analyzes the current situation of China's cooperation and make suggestions for the development of China's Industry-University cooperation on the base of foreign successful experiences and Triple Helix theory. Then some applicable methods will be discussed, and at the end, the author studies the case of Baosteel's cooperating experiences with universities.
