Along with the intensifying of the economic integral of the world, transnational Corporation and joint venture have sprung up gradually. The staff usually from the different culture background that is under the same environment of company, the problem related the Cross-Culture Management has been focus on more and more. Over the years, a lot of overseas investment is appealed by developing Chinese market. Japan as the neighbor country has become our third trading partner, its investment in china has increasing yearly. While the Japanese Corporations in china creates the both China and Japan economic efficiency, also will be able to face enterprise Cross-Culture management puzzle. Both countries culture has inalienable relation, however it has similarly also has the difference, specially the modern times later China and Japan all have the huge difference in the political economic environment, thus is affecting the China and Japan enterprise culture. Firstly, the text carries on the thorough analysis to the China and Japan cultural background which make the predecessor research results as the foundation. It more paid attention to the recent years Japan society culture to tremble changes, summarizes the enterprise interior existence cultural difference possible performance, then after the survey, the enterprise high-level interview and so on investigates and studies on the spot; it confirms that the cultural differences exist in the interior. This text analyzes the cultural differences between Japan and China and the effects on management methods by the differences on the basis of the similar culture of both countries. Finally, it constructed the culture coordination Cross-Culture management pattern on the base of the Canadian scholar Nancy·J·Adler's"Cultural Synergy"theories. The goal is taking the cultural difference existence as fact, on the one hand using the Cross-Culture superiority; on the other hand extinguishing the Cross-Culture conflict, so that the enterprise success transnational manages can be implemented.
