A Research On Vegetable Supply Chain Construction In Beijing

With the development of Beijing's economic and the improvement of people's living standards,consumers' attention in vegetable products gradually shifted from price to quality and value-added services.Using the supply chain management methods in vegetable is the best choice for the change of consumption mode.Guided by supply chain theory and thought method,through massive practical investigation,this dissertation seriously researches how to construct Beijing's vegetable supply chain.Firstly this paper gives the clear concept of vegetable supply chain by comparing it with vegetable industrial chain and vegetable supply and marketing chain. Secondly surveys the status of Beijing's vegetable market:There are three kinds of saling models but each one has disadvantages,so it's necessary to design vegetable supply chain in Beijing.Finally,in the perspective of core enterprise,combing with the current status and characteristics of Beijing's vegetable industry,using the relevant theories and methods,this article gives some advices on vegetable suppliers choosing, distribution network designing and information system construction.
