Design On Vegetable Supply Chain Based On CSA Model

In recent years, the security problem of China’s vegetable has caught the attentions of all parties increasingly. Vegetables, as indispensable goods in consumers’ daily life, its quality and security have a great influence on the majority citizens in our country. However, at present, the quality safety issue of vegetables is still grim in our country, and vegetable prices also present a ―roller coaster‖ fluctuation. This is mainly due to the predominantly agricultural wholesale production and marketing mode, which contains so many intermediate links in circulation, and has difficulties in monitoring and management, therefore it has been unable to meet the requirements of consumers with higher prices for better quality, but also cannot guarantee the farmers’ income. Therefore, the research on vegetable supply chain has become a hot topic of many experts’ and scholars’ study.Firstly, this article analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on vegetable supply chain operation and the pricing problem, and takes Xi-lian country of Lechang city as a research object, analyzes its current development status and feasibility of building a vegetable supply chain based on CSA(Community Supported Agriculture) model. Secondly, designs on the vegetable supply chain based on CSA model from organizational structure and operational processes, logistics systems and information systems three aspects. Then considering the price is the core of vegetable supply chain integration, so this paper takes into account the whole cycle cost, including production costs, processing costs and distribution costs; under the premise of ensuring the interests of consumers and farmers, in order to maximize the benefit of the entire supply chain, and builds a pricing model of vegetable supply chain based on CSA model that combined with the characteristics of CSA model. Finally, through empirical analysis and compared with the traditional pricing decision model, with the concrete comparison with retail price, expected sales, expected profits of vegetable supply chain and expected profit of farmers, which verifies the effectiveness of the CSA model.Through the study of this article, I hope not only to be able to provide certain reference significance to the future research on vegetable supply chain and research on vegetable pricing model, and at the same time, I also hope to be able to provide a new model for rural development.
