The degree of supply chain mode will be directly related to whether the enterprise can obtain the advantage position in the competition. China’s agricultural product market in the future will encounter greater impact of globalization, as a vegetable supply enterprises, if not promptly adjust the management mode, supply chain mode must be completed as soon as possible in the future competition at a disadvantage. In this paper, a detailed study of the related theory of supply chain model at home and abroad, aiming at the vegetable enterprises in Weifang, the current supply chain development, some difficulties existing in vegetables with analysis of enterprise supply chain mode, and the supply chain mode normal mode.This paper is based on the related theory of supply chain, the premise of the comprehensive analysis and Research on the world in vegetable supply chain for the results obtained using the method of on-the-spot investigation, research and analysis of the actual situation of vegetable supply company and found the problems, including the supply of vegetables, vegetable supply way introduction company structure, supply chain model of the actual situation, the vegetable supply company to carry out the supply chain mode causes and facing various difficulties.The combination of Weifang and the rural terrain of greenhouse vegetables production put forward the supply chain logistics planning of vegetable in Weifang. This research cooperation for the city of Weifang greenhouse vegetable supply chain members provides reference model, provides the method for the reasonable distribution of interests of members in supply chain, is conducive to further encourage cooperation among APEC members, contribute to the supply chain members can form a long-term and stable cooperation relationship.
