The enterprise culture serves as the foundation of the modern enterprise development, which is just the same as the national spirit is regarded as the spiritual pillar to one country. Nowadays, the enterprise management has evolved into the era of modern culture management through the process of traditional management model. So, to take full advantage of the culture management model has turned out to be an efficient way. As for the enterprises, whether the staff can accept the enterprise culture plays a significant role in the long-term development of the enterprises, that is, whether the staff has the sense of identity with the enterprise culture. IT as a newly-emerging and high-tech enterprise has its own distinct characteristics: firstly, the specialized knowledge in this field is updated faster that results into the fact the enterprises is encountering the fierce competition. Therefore, the whole IT enterprise is in desperate need of the modern management model. Secondly, the IT enterprise staff mostly belongs to the highly specialized technicians with professional knowledge and technology. They are likely to aspire to the modern management model. Therefore, for the IT enterprises that anticipate to meet the challenges and then attain development under the influence of the fast-changing information and technology, the cultivation and enhancement of the sense of the enterprise culture identity of the technical staff has exerted critical importance on the long–term development of the newly-emerging IT enterprises.The thesis attempts to conduct research on the sense of enterprise culture identity from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.Firstly, the thesis plans to make research on the current relevant theories about the sense of enterprise culture identity by means of the documentary analysis and draw out the comprehensive conclusions of the related concepts of enterprise culture and enterprise culture identity and so on so as to obtain the current research results of the sense of the enterprise culture identity; the thesis will also conduct research on the features of the IT technical staff and the factors influencing the enterprise culture identity of the technical staff.Secondly, the thesis obtains some research results by means of positive study and investigation: the factors influencing the enterprise culture identity of the technical staff in IT enterprises amount to five parts, including organizational reputation, organizational features, the relevant factors of the internal organization, the competitiveness among the organizations and personal factors. As for the research procedure: firstly, by adopting the ways of questionnaire investigation, documentary analysis and interview method, the thesis extracts the factors influencing the enterprise culture identity of the technicians of IT enterprises; secondly, the thesis carries out the questionnaire investigation aimed to the 250 technical staffs of five IT enterprises in Chongqing and then makes deep research on the influencing factors to the enterprise culture identity of the technicians by means of the SPSS factor analysis way.Thirdly, the thesis also brings up the ways to foster and strengthen the sense of enterprise culture identity of the technicians: The consistence in the value for the staff with that of the enterprises is taken as the precondition to the establishment of the sense of identity; The enterprise management layers are expected to set a good example for others to enhance the sense of identity of the staff; The training by the enterprise culture sector does good to create the atmosphere of sense of identity; The people-oriented participation for the staff is premise of the enterprise culture identity. The construction and perfection of rules related to the enterprise culture is the guarantee of the sense of enterprise culture identity;The improvement of the enterprise reputation can be taken as the motive to the enterprise culture identity .The competitive forces of one enterprise can exert influences on the enterprise culture identity ;It is by means of the establishment of study-oriented enterprise culture that the enterprise achieves to attract the staff. So, with the help of the above measures, the author hopes to provide some references to the cultivation and enhancement of the enterprise culture identity.
