Analysis Of Land Use Status Quo And Study On Land Intensive Utilization Of Lin'an City Of Zhejiang Province

In recent years, the economic strength of Lin'an City has been significantly enhanced, meanwhile, rapid economic development has brought about significant changes in land-use structure and space layout. To achieve sustainable development of Lin'an City economic society, the use of land should serve economic construction and social development, the principle of resource conservation should be the basic national policy, studies about land intensive utilization should be carried out, and the intensive use of land resources should be realized.On the premise of defining the concept of land intensive utilization, this paper analyzed land resources of Lin'an City from land-use structure, space patterns, sustainable degree and other aspects, and compared them from the vertical and horizontal under land-intensive-utilization evaluation system. The results suggest that the level of land intensive utilization tends to be higher, which is at the middle level across the country. There are great potential improvements in the agricultural land, industrial land, rural residential land and intensive use of land in cities and towns. At the same time, the main mode of accomplishing land intensive utilization was studied, and some suggestions were put forward, which were about accomplishing it through several ways and safeguard measures.
