Study On Farmland Protection Based On The Sustainable Utilization Evaluation

Farmland is an important natural resource to the people's livelihood. And achieving the sustainable use of farmland plays an important role in China's social-economic development. Based on the connotation and basic theories of farmland protection,with the example of Laohekou City in Hubei Province ,the article build a suitable evaluation index system of sustainable use of farmland, and give the the individual assessment and comprehensive evaluation on the level of sustainable use in Laohekou City over the past five years,and predict the station of the sustainable use in the next five years.Finally, based on the evaluation results,the article focuse on the analysis of the main factors which impact the sustainable use of farmland in Laohekou City,and made the corresponding countermeasures to protect the farmland. Papers were divided into six parts:Part one: Preface. Brief the background and significance of thesis topics,the research progress at home and broad ,the main ideas, the content and objects, as well as technical routes.Part two: The connotation and basical theories of farmland protection. The Main concept is the basic concept and connotation of farmland protection, the concept and connotation of sustainable use of farmland,the five basic theories for farmland protection.Part three: The analysis of Laohekou City land use situation. Based on the introduction of geographical location, natural conditions and social economic conditions in Laohekou ,this part analysis its cultivated utilization and problems of land resources,to build the foundation for the later evaluation of sustainable use of farmland.Part four: Evaluate the levels of farmland sustainable use in Laohekou City. Based on the objects and principles of evaluation, combined the actual situation of farmland use in Laohekou City ,this part build the evaluation index system of sustainable use and evaluate the level of sustainable use in Laohekou, and final analysis the evaluation results.Part five: The countermeasures for the farmland sustainable use in Laohekou . With the theoretical study and empirical analysis above.this part give the substantive responses and suggestions for the sustainable use of farmland resources .Part six: Conclusion. This part summarize the conclusions obtained from the paper, and propose the deficiencies in paper.
