| Land is the foundation of solving the issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers.Sustainable utilization of farmland resources is the foundation of developing modern agriculture,is the key to the construction of new countryside,and is the important way of increasing farmers' income.Sustainable farmland utilization evaluation is one of the important links of realizing sustainable utilization of farmland resources.Farmland utilization in the farming-grazing transitional zone is complicated,land is in great demand,and pressure on farmland is bigger.Based on the DPSIR model framework,this paper adopts Principal Component Analysis(PCA)to establish the sustainable farmland utilization evaluation index system,takes Hinggan League as the research area,conducts the evaluation on the sustainable farmland utilization in the research area through the sustainable farmland resources utilization evaluation index system,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)DPSIR model running result can well reflect the interaction relationship between regional land utilization and nature,economy and ecology,and make the reasonable evaluation on the current situation of sustainable utilization of regional farmland,so the results are very persuasive.The model has the ability to judge the analysis on causal relationship of complex system and is the effective model for evaluation on sustainable utilization of farmland resource.(2)Based on the characteristics of DPSIR model,this paper establishes the sustainable farmland resources utilization valuation index system from five aspects-driving force,pressure,status,influence and response,and conducts the sustainable utilization evaluation on farmland in Hinggan League by combining with the actual situation of social and economic development in the researched area.Sustainable land Utilization system is not only a compound system of ecology,economy and society,but also an independent and complete system.Previous researches more conduct the analysis from the perspective of the compound system,but analysis from the perspective of a single independent system can let us observe and research the sustainable land utilization system more similarly.The index system has the characteristics of comprehensiveness and simplicity,and evaluation results are objective and reasonable,which shows that this index system has certain scientific nature.(3)From 2002 to 2014,overall level and development trend of sustainable utilization of farmland resources in Hinggan League becomes better gradually.Compared with the developed area,farmland resources in undeveloped area bear bigger pressure.Since urban construction is in the acceleration phase,arable land occupation by construction is more serious.Rural and pastoral area of underdeveloped area is under lagging development,depends on the farmland largely and mainly takes extensive utilization,and aggravation of land pollution makes the sustainable farmland utilization level continuously decline.Requisition-compensation balance of regional farmland is outstanding,seriously damaging the sustainability of farmland resources utilization.(4)Through the evaluation on sustainable utilization of farmland in various counties of Hinggan League,this paper concludes that the comprehensive index of sustainable utilization of farmland in Ulanhot and Arxan is the highest and in Right-Wing Central Banner of Kerqin Region is the lowest.For sustainable utilization of farmland in various counties,area with high urbanization level has higher response index,and it has a certain effect upon improving the sustainable farmland utilization in this area. |
