In today's world,science and technology have been developing rapidly , knowledge economy which basic on knowledge and high-tech and industries is being shaken the world, knowledge becomes a decisive factor in competitiveness, however, knowledge competitiveness also be decided by talent competitiveness, they are all competing for business as well as the object of various countries. As well as the rapid development of high-tech, computers, the internet and other electronic communications also have a great development, which lead many information service companies came into being high-tech enterprises. These enterprises are the representatives of the advanced productive forces, including many functions the using, transferring, integration and ability to create knowledge, having creative ability is a key factors to determine the survival and development of enter prises, and the knowledge-based talents are key factors in these core elements.Recently the talents in hi-tech enterprises have high-level academic but low efficiency, mobility, low ability on enterprise IT management, how to set up a management system to attract, retain, develop and motivate talents is an important problem in many high-tech enterprises. The core of management is surrounding talent. The key of talent management is about how to plan future career development efficiently and correctly and inspire their enthusiasm and creativity in order to reach themselves society values while bring the greatest benefit to enterprise ,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.In this paper, the writer discusses the new high technology enterprises in the career development for graduate students issues from the following aspects: (1) describes the three important basic theories on the staff career development: theory of career development, vocational choice theory and career anchor theory. (2) Analysis the personnel structure in high-tech enterprises, also discusses the graduate student employees'characteristics, analysis the development of postgraduate and professional problems in our country high-tech enterprises (3) Analysis the impact of post-graduate career development factors in the high-tech enterprises, also analysis the cause of the problem ,then propose six affect factors of their ability in career development, give some qualitative analysis among the main factors through evidence(4)put forward to the recommendations based on the findings.This paper based on staff career development theory, according to the features and the current state of career development of graduate-students in high-tech enterprises, Analysis the impact of post-graduate career development factors in the high-tech enterprises ,propose suggestion and responses, the graduate student to realize their imple- mentation of self-worth while enhance innovation capability in high-tech enterprises, easy to get a win-win situation between the individual and the enterprise.
