National defense products and civilian consumer goods,industrial supplies is the biggest difference between technical difficulty is big,many varieties,small batch,but the production cycle,quality,reliability,and very,very high.At present,in the context of civil-military integration,more and more outstanding private enterprises to participate in the national defense construction,there is no doubt that brought the original scientific research institutes of great competition and impact.Institute in order to better service for national defense,maintaining the original market share,can continuously improve product quality and service quality,but military that innate characteristics of the product variety,batch less.So,no matter for the main force of national defense construction institute of original or private enterprises,many varieties,small batch product quality control and research become an important issue.Due to the multi-species and small-batch production,with a large variety,but only a few or even few pieces,the traditional control methods are no longer able to meet the needs of this mode of production.It is necessary for us to improve the traditional quality control methods and to explore a quality control method suitable for many varieties and small batch production.This article explores the quality control of multi-species small batch production.The main work is as follows:Firstly,the study of multi-species,small batch production characteristics is studied,and analysis and improvement of the focus of multi-species small batch production process is also studied.Secondly,the research of multi-species small batch production quality control based on Lean Six Sigma is studied.The case study of H company moderate controller is taken as an example to demonstrate the feasibility of quality control of multi-species and small batch products based on Lean Six Sigma.Thirdly,the quality control of multi-species,small batch production based on the information is studied.The use of micro-component storage materials information reclassification to enhance the visibility of data statistics,the establishment of material supply feedback cycle,improve long-term device tracking,with information management technology to monitor the operation of the material in all aspects of the application of information management platform In the production process quality control,strengthen project management and quality control,accurate positioning,improve efficiency and reduce costs.
