Study On Project Cost Control Of Affordable Housing Development Enterprises

Economic adaptive house is a policy commodity house with welfare that the government provides proper polices for whose construction standard, purchaser and sales price are given by the government. As an important measure of controlling housing markets by the government, economic adaptive house play an important role in developing housing markets, reforming housing system and improving providing system of houses. However, there have been a lot of serious problems in the implementation of the policy of economic adaptive house, for example, too higher square, bad cost management and worse cost control. The affordable housing costs is a key factor to determine its price, and the cost of affordable housing will directly affect the level of the sales price, which will also affect the entire real estate sales price trend.The purpose of this paper is to develop the project cost control system of affordable housing development company, by the analyzing the status of implementation of housing policy and affordable housing problem, as well as the cost of the project and influencing factors, and to find out the planning and operating strategy through the potential obstacles analysis of the cost control of affordable housing project.
