Cost Control And Analysis Of SongZhou New Community Affordable Housing BT Project

The competition of China’s construction market is more fierce, and theconstruction enterprises arrive at the crossroads of the transformation and upgrading.Coinciding with the domestic real estate market after years of development, we need toconstruct a large number of affordable housing to improve housing guarantee system,which brings a rare opportunity to construction enterprises that are in urgent need oftransformation and upgrading. This article is in this context, analysising SongZhouNew Community affordable housing BT project cost control.This paper sets SongZhou New Community project for an example, firstly makingthe plan of the overall cost of the project, accounting for the largest civil engineeringwith norm budget cost for the standard and analysising whether the demonstration isrational. Then the paper is based on this overall cost planning, analysising the keycontrol points, which mainly includes the design optimization, the civil engineeringcost management control and the property operation. In this paper, we optimize thefoundation pit supporting scheme, the basement outer wall waterproof scheme,external wall insulation scheme, water-based the kitchen stove setting scheme andother schemes to reduce cost. Through the formulation, we improve the project costmanagement system, strengthen the control in advance and matter clear responsibility,improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms, to achieve effective implementationof cost control of civil engineering. By analysising the prediction of the propertyoperation, we achieve profit maximum.This paper starts from the basic theory of cost control, combining with thecharacteristics of construction industry, and takes a systemly analysis on the SongZhouNew Community project cost control. Studying on the future construction of the transformation and upgrading of enterprises has certain reference value and referencemeaning to the development strategy of promotion.
