Sustainable Utilization Of Land Urbanization In The City Kashgar

Land is the valuable resource material base for people ’s survival anddevelopment, which is of scarcity. With the development of urbanization, thesustainable utilization of land has become the primary issues affecting urbandevelopment; Meanwhile, the development of urbanization generates contradictionsbetween land supply and demand. China is a populous country, more people and lessarable land is a constraint of economic development in China, the per capita area ofarable land is less than the world average level, with the rapid development ofurbanization, the improvement of living standards will result in demand explosionfor agricultural products, which will flame up contradictions between land supply anddemand further. Therefore, within the development of urbanization, how to keep thesustainable utilization of land resources is of very importance. In view of this, thispaper set to study in urbanization development of sustainable land use with a case ofKashgar.This paper is provided theoretical and technical route in the foundation oftheoretical research such as the domestic and foreign urban development theory, thesustainable land use theory;then this paper analyze the goals,contents and concepts ofsustainable land use in the process of urbanization, and study the sustainable land usestatus on space and time in the process of urbanization in Kashgar, establish theevaluation system for sustainable land use in Kashgar,then calculate the degree ofsustainable land use combined with the actual situation in the city of Kashgar, finally,put forward feasible opinions regarding to calculation results.
