Protection Of Agricultural Water Resource Of Bohai Economic Circle Under The Context Of Rapid Urbanization

This article systematically studied the protection of agricultural water resource of Bohai economic circle in the context of rapid urbanization. First of all, I review the meaning of urbanization, urbanization's impact on rural and agricultural water resource and agriculture water resource protection. Secondly, I analyse the economic and social status of agriculture, agricultural water supply and demand situation and development trends. Third, I focuse on empirical analysis of water resources protection and problems in utilization of agricultural water. Finally, I put forward countermeasures and suggestions of agricultural water resource protection and sustainable use of Bohai economic circle.Through research, the paper gets several important conclusions as follows:1. The agriculture of Bohai region has important functions in economic, society, ecology and so on. At the same time, agricultural development has special significance because of unique geographical advantage. In the perspective of international economic development, the Bohai region occupies an important position of agricultural exports. Agricultural development in the international market is very broad. In short, the important position of agriculture in the Bohai region promote rapid and sustainable development of agriculture. This put forward higher requirements on agricultural water.2. The process of urbanization of Bohai economic circle speed up. Cities have been expanding. Urban living water inevitable increase. Industry of the region decided by the resource endowment are of high water-consumption industries. Along with the advance of the process of urbanization, production water of cities around the Bohai region is also increasing.3. Using of agricultural water resources in Bohai area exist a lot of questions. Process of the urbanization speeding up allows the city to obtain water resource for agriculture. pollution of agricultural water resource is serious. So contradiction between agricultural water supply and demand increased. The exploitation of groundwater is excessive. Funnel area is expanding. Irrigation is low efficiency. Water resource waste.4. In view of the above, I made a number of countermeasures to promote the sustainable use of agricultural water resource in the Bohai. Through the promotion of water-saving irrigation technology, the development of biological water-saving and agronomic water-saving technologies and adjusting industrial structure and product mix, this area take water-saving economic development. Through project of diverting water from the south to the north and desalination to develope new agricultural water. In addition, we should establish market mechanisms of water resource allocation and utilization. At the same time we strengthen water conservancy facilities in rural areas to continuously improve the regional water storage capacity.
