The Research On Coordinating Resident's Income Gap Between China's Eastern And Middle Western Region

The development of socialist market economy has broken the common poverty under plan economy background .It improves people's living standard,changes people's income ,also wides resident's income gap particularly income gap between China's eastern and middle western region . This issue is quite a practical problem that not only CPC Central Committee and State Council but the public is very concerned about . It threatens sustaining economy development and achievement of our ambitious Common Prosperity goal.So we must strive to analyze and resolve correctly the outstanding problem today's China facing and find a way to change middle western region lagging condition,to control the resident's income gap within a reasonable limit,to obtain the comprehensive and coordinated inter-regional development of eastern and middle western.I complete this article by four parts:In the first part ,I define the resident's income gap between China's eastern and middle western region and describe the significance to coordinate this income gap.It is necessary to implement the scientific development concept and promote the comprehensive economy development.It is a strong guarantee for building a socialist harmonious society.It is the concentrated expression of the nature and superiority of socialism;In the second part,I analyze the reasons for current resident's income gap from the following aspects: location, history, differences in resources, the degree of market development and institutional differences, policy bias and imbalance in the level of public service;In the third part,I study the successful experiences of other developed and developing countries to coordinate the resident's income gap and the enlightenment for China;The fourth part of this article is the focus of my study. I put some measures to coordinate the resident's income gap. We should speed up economic development of the middle western to provide material guarantee of narrowing income gap, deepen reform and opening up to provide institutional guarantee, increase policy support for the middle western regions and accelerate their economic growth, transform government functions, make overall plans of the supply of public service between the eastern and middle western region.
