| This essay summarized the current research achievements and relevant concepts of environmental carry capacity first. Based on that, it elaborated on theoretical principals of regional environmental carry capacity research and briefly summarized the definition of regional environmental carry capacity.After the research of the co relationships among environmental quality, environmental capacity and environmental carry capacity, this essay analyzed the regional environmental capacity and carry capacity of Princess Ridge Economic Development Zone and proposed the control target of total amount of pollutant of economic development zone. Analytic demonstration on infrastructure construction of environmental protection was conducted and control recommendations regarding waste water control, district heating, noise abatement etc. were raised during the last part of essay.Research of this essay has positive influence on the launch of domestic regional environmental carry capacity assessment and application of evaluation model. It also has directive significance to the environmental plan and proposal of Gongzhuling Economic Development Zone. |
