For human resources management in the enterprise,the compensation management is a very important part.That the compensation system design is reasonable or not,it is related to both the attractiveness and the cohesion of an enterprise.Attractiveness mainly refers to the competitiveness of an enterprise in the labor market.A good compensation system can attract a large number of external human resources to flow into the enterprise,to ensure that the enterprise can establish a sufficient talents reserve system.Cohesion primarily refers to the fact if the salary system of an enterprise strongly attracts its internal staff members,which will be useful for it to set up a stable personnel team.Base on the review about the theory of compensation management,this paper introduces the compensation system reformation of E company and describes the impact of scientific compensation system.This paper consists of 4 parts.Part 1 reviews the theory of compensation and compensation management design,including the concept of compensation,the function of compensation system, the theory about the design of compensation level and structure,the influence factors and rudder and procedure of compensation system design.After introducing the background of E company and the old compensation system,part 2 analyzes the shortcoming of E company' s compensation system before reformation.Part 3 introduces the reformation of compensation system in detail,including the reformation procedure,the new compensation system and the comparison between the old compensation system and the new one.Part 4 summarizes the impact of the new compensation system.Accentuates the contention of this paper:to some extent,legitimate compensation is the important guarantee for corporation operation enterprise strategy.
