Conflict theory claims that any organization, inevitably clashing with others, exists as one of subsystems in a more extensive system. In addition, a successful organization develops rapidly as it adjusts itself to others by dealing with conflicts appropriately. At present, the competition among enterprises has evolved into supply chain competition, thus conflict and cooperation escalating into a significant theme in the research field of supply chain management.Since the relationship between supply chain enterprises constitutes a major factor for supply chain operations, both the solutions to the conflicts between supply chain businesses relations and the level of management over conflicts, not only impact the level of development of supply chain, but also restrict the efficiency of supply chain operation. In China, as the conflicts among supply chain enterprises become increasingly acute, the failure to solve the conflicts has caused loss of business efficiency, and how to solve the conflicts determines the future of enterprises. At last, proposes solving strategies including strengthening concepts, warning mechanism and coordination mechanism.
