The supply chain management is an important direction to management development nowadays. However, with development of the production and market alliance continuously, various problems will be discovered inevitably. And these problems will affect further development to the supply chain. The supply chain conflicts among members are the one of them. The supply chain integrates the different enterprises to increase efficiency and pays attention to enterprise's cooperation especially. Although each enterprise in the supply chain is interdependent, this kind of dependent relation mostly is not assymetrical. The status and the power are different in the supply chain. This kind of power often causes the supply chain conflicts. Therefore, it is the practical significance to study supply chain conflict from the perspective of power.The article is to design the model of supply chain Power-Conflict mainly. Firstly, The author identifies supply chain power and Risk. Secondly, the article explains latent conflict, felt conflict, overt conflict, aftermath of conflict and upgrade in the process model of supply chain Power-Conflict And then the article introduces power owner, power object, dependent relations, conflict extent in the configuration model of supply chain Power-Conflict. And then the article is to propose the related strategies, which contains Conflict process control, unidirectional strategies and overall strategies.At last, the paper carries out a case study of the conflict between Gome and Gree,analyzing Theoretical degree of the explanation of the power structure in supply chain.This study provides a reference for managers, decision makers, and academicians who like to do advanced research.
