Research On The Impact Of Supply Chain Relationship Quality On The Performance Of Start-ups

In the context of the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial activities,as an important force to enhance the national economy,have been widely concerned by the government and the community.As a tangible carrier of innovation and entrepreneurship activities,start-ups have become the focus of research in the field of entrepreneurship.The performance of start-ups is an effective indicator to measure the growth of start-ups.The research on supply chain relationship is the key research content in China's mature manufacturing industry,and it has already important academic achievements and research significance,but there is little literature focusing on the relationship between start-ups' supply chain relationship quality and their performance.Based on this situation,this paper studies the impact of supply chain relationship quality on the performance of start-ups from the perspective of social network relationships,based on social network theory,supply chain relationship management theory,organizational learning theory and enterprise growth theory.And the theoretical research framework is constructed with entrepreneurial learning as mediator variable and environmental uncertainty as moderator variable.The research methods used mainly include literature investigation and empirical analysis to explore the path of action among four variables of supply chain relationship quality,entrepreneurial learning,performance of new enterprises and environmental uncertainty.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for how start-ups deal with supply chain relationships,correctly treat the impact of environmental factors,enhance the learning ability of enterprises,and ultimately help the growth of start-ups and improve their performance.The main research work of this thesis is as follows: combing and summarizing relevant literatures at home and abroad,and defining and defining the four variables of supply chain relationship quality,entrepreneurship learning,start-ups performance and environmental uncertainty.This paper defines the quality indicators of supply chain relationship quality as: trust,satisfaction and commitment,and divides environmental uncertainty into two dimensions: market uncertainty and environmental uncertainty,and explores how supply chain relationship quality and their dimensions affect start-ups performance through entrepreneurship learning,and analyzes the environmental uncertainty and its dimensions in regulating the role of supply chain relationship quality and entrepreneurial learning.The empirical test results of the hypothesis deduction show that:(1)Supply chain relationship quality and dimensional trust and satisfaction can positively affect the performance of new ventures through direct and indirect effects,and the effect of commitment on the performance of start-ups is not significant.(2)Entrepreneurial learning plays a significant intermediary role in the relationship between supply chain relationship quality and the performance of new enterprises.Among them,entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role between trust and satisfaction on the performance of new enterprises,while the intermediary role of entrepreneurial learning in commitment on the performance of new enterprises has not been verified.(3)Environmental uncertainty and dimension market uncertainty plays a significant role in the relationship between supply chain relationship quality and entrepreneurial learning.The positive moderating effect of technical uncertainty on supply chain relationship quality and entrepreneurial learning has not been proved.
