With the development of the economics, rhythm of life become more and more fast and the competition tend to more fierce. The employee has to confront the psychological healthy problems which are the result of high pressure of work, life, unemployment. Excessive pressure will not only decrease the quality of life, but also seriously impact the efficiency of the company. In the company, how to keep employees' health of body and mind, and adjust employees' psychology and behavior is the core research project in business world and human research management today.Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a systemic and long-term welfare and support program set by the company for employees, which performs well in resolving the problems of psychology and behavior initiated by excessive pressure and improve the performance and efficiency of the company. Recently, the conflicts between the airline company and the pilot continually escalated. In some extreme cases, some pilots deliberately return to base without any permission, which seriously infested the order of the airline and severely damage the safe of the air transportation. The reason for such things is the high pressure bore by the pilot and the lack of corresponding placation in the company. In this paper, China Eastern Airline Company is chosen as the study case, for investigating the practical application in the pilot in the airline company.In this study, select the Gansu Branch of China Eastern Airlines, Sichuan branch of the flight as a pilot study carried out by random sampling, the use of questionnaire survey and interview methods, the work pressure on the pilot responses to the attitude of EAP treatment.The results showed that samples of the pilot pressure of work, response to physical and mental health status of employees is not optimistic; pilots EAP wishes of very strong demand. In addition, the survey results revealed that the business environment for better organization, a high-level business leaders have been aware of the pressure as a result of damage caused to the enterprise, willing to try a simple Employee Assistance Program. In the investigation and study on the basis of the design suitable for enterprises of China's civil aviation pilots of the EAP program, a complete workflow management system and assessment.
