The development of social politics,economy and culture rapidly,people's increasingly fast pace of life,competition has become increasingly fierce,brings life,work,interpersonal aspects of a series of pressure,greatly reduce the level of mental health of employees,but also reduces the performance of the organization.In this context,how to improve the level of psychological health of all types of employees is a new issue that contemporary managers must face and solve.In this historical background,from the United States employee assistance program(EAP)was introduced into the major domestic enterprises.It is a set of system provided by the enterprises and long-term welfare projects,a variety of psychological problems in life and aims to help employees and their relatives work,this project can greatly improve their level of physical and mental health and work performance,and can improve the organization atmosphere,enhance the efficiency of enterprise management.At present,China is in a critical period of deepening reform,the power industry is also facing a new development environment.In the context of the transformation of external economic and social development and the transformation of the internal mechanism,enterprises and employees are facing greater pressure and challenges.This paper based on the reviews of the EAP theory and the related research and Application on taking TEP company as a practice case,first through the investigation on the mental health level analysis confirmed the existence of pressure problems of employees of the company to carry out psychological pressure,TEP staff,combined with the enterprise own actual development situation of internal and external analysis and design TEP implementation of EAP system from three aspects,individual,team and organization,to carry out a series of EAP service activities,and assessment of the project results.So as to prove the effectiveness of the company's EAP implementation mode and method,to provide a broader perspective and more complete operational guidelines for the practice of EAP projects in other industries in our country.
