Research On Informatization Status And Its Development Strategy Of SMEs In Gansu Province

Since 1990s, the Small and Moderate Enterprises (SMEs) in China have flourished vigorously, which have been the mainstay of social development and the most positive element in promoting a harmonious society. However, it is very difficult that a large number of SMEs currently use traditional methods to manage it, and use the traditional approach to develop new markets, which potentially will increase the cost of small and medium enterprises. Information has brought the opportunities to the development of SMEs, so it has become an important means of enhancing overall competitiveness to vigorously push forward the informatization construction. Therefore, advancing the information becomes more urgent and important, but because of the level of information for SMEs in general are still relatively backward, due to many factors, information technology is facing serious challenges, which has become an important bottleneck in the sustainable development of enterprises.This article expatiates the connotation of enterprises informatization at the first, puts forward the theories such as concept and main content of enterprises informatization, and analyses the leading features of informatization in China; Then, based on research of relevant data and materials of enterprises informatization in Gansu, it sums up the development course of SMEs in Gansu, reviews the course of information construction in the past 20 years, from the process of few to many, from passive to active, from exclusion to need, in addition, details the status quo on the information of the current infrastructure in Gansu and human resources, systems, development of system application; then, and sums up the development constraints of SMEs information combining with the situation of Gansu Province; Finally, aiming at actual situation of Gansu, and combined with the practical case of informatization construction, the article puts forward corresponding development strategy, and points out that only when government and enterprises play their parts to the full and put into joint effort, and well-connected to the third party, can they effectively accelerate informatization drive of SMEs in Gansu Province.
