How does the enterprise through the training increase the ability of knowledge acquisition and application and make the common development of the enterprise and staff becomes a major issue which many enterprises must face. Under this era background, therefore, studying the corporate training system has an important theoretical and practical significance.This article chose Changchun Railway Vehicles Co. Ltd Company (short for CRC) as a goal enterprise to conduct the research, and utilized kinds of research methods such as questionnaire survey, literature summary and benchmarking analysis. Then under the detailed introduction on CRC's basic situation of its training system, learning the merits from three domestic and foreign famous enterprises and using the related training system constructive theory, this article proposed basic principles and measures to improve CRC's training system.Through the investigation and analysis to the goal enterprise, this article has also designed the assessment system for CRC's training management and designed the assessment for the achievements of training supervisors and the ability of training lecturers, and using the statistics and other mathematics knowledge built a quite practical assessment income model for training management system.
