The deep competition of enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis.With the development of world economic integration,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and fiercer.In a sense,who has a high-quality talent,who occupied the commanding heights of market competition.Enterprise training,as an important means to improve the quality of employees and ensure the supply of talents,has been widely concerned in the theory and practice of modern economic management.Due to the special system and the nature of the industry,the state-owned construction enterprises lead to the backward management of the enterprise,which cannot meet the needs of the current production and management and strategic development.However,at present,there are few research results about the training of the employees in the construction enterprises,this paper studies how to build a scientific and reasonable training system,combined with the actual work.In this paper,through the use of literature research,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,collect,collate,summarize the research object of S company's human resources and training problems.On the basis of learning from the advanced training experience of domestic and foreign enterprises,using the theory of human resources and training management,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of training system in the light of the outstanding problems existing in the training of S company.Under the protection of corporate culture,organizational security,system security,first of all,according to the Goldstein three levels of training needs analysis model organization,post,personal training needs of the three aspects of the survey,then,analysis of the model improve the personal demand by Gott training needs gap;then,use the "6W2H" training plan,focusing on three aspects from the faculty selection,curriculum design,training mode selection;then use the expectation theory to promote training achievements;finally,transport training evaluation with Kirkpatrick evaluation model,and apply the estimation results to investigate the training needs of a new round.
