With the globalization of economy and the Internet, the world would turn into close contact and indivisible, and competition in the banking sector the scope ,content ,subject have also taken place in the form of enormous change. To cope with the challenges of survival and development, the banking industry must strive to strengthen its competitiveness. Mobilize the enthusiasm of people, enhance people's potential to become China's state-owned commercial banks must face and resolve important questions. The 21st century, career development and management of human resources management as a relatively independent areas of research and practice activity, has gone through fundamental changes, especially with the advent of the era of knowledge economy and its impact on the deepening of the birth of the human resources management of new issues - Female employee career management.From the perspective of human resource management, the state-owned commercial Banks of our country's human resource management situation of female employees, and through the state-owned commercial bank female employee career management, the author considers that state-owned commercial Banks to enhance competitiveness, the career management is an effective way.
