Research On The Evaluate System Of Regional Investment Environment

A favorable investment environment is a precondition in absorbing foreign investment to develop local economy.The prime way of drawing investment for those representing capital invested is the optimize of investment environment,and any optimizes of investment environment should based on the investment environment evaluation for that the optimizes based on the investment environment will get twice the result with half the effort.This thesis hereby focuses on the evaluate system of regional investment environment,comprehensive evaluation for the region and provide a basis for optimization of investment environment,in order to find ways and counter measurements of investment environment optimize.This thesis uses the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative to elaborates the theory of regional investment environment evaluation,constitutes an investment environment evaluation index system according to six principles,which has three indexes for the first level,ten for the second and eighteen for the third,construction the evaluation model of regional investment environment . The thesis takes the Urban agglomeration in the Central Plains as the object of study,comprehensive evaluation the investment environment of the Urban agglomeration in the Central Plains.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part is exordium.It mainly introduces the gist and signification of the topic,main content,purpose and methods of research.The second part reviews the basic theories and research present situation.The third part introduces some mainstream method of investment environment.The fourth part constructs the index system and evaluation model.The fifth part makes the empirical analysis to the investment environment of the Urban agglomeration in the Central Plains,and suggests methods and counter measurements on optimize of the Urban agglomeration in the Central Plains investment environment according with the results of evaluation.
