| In recent years,with the fast development of the society, there are more and more serious problems inner city,such as population expansion〠traffic congestion〠overhigh house price〠shortage of resources〠social disorder,and so on.In this context,humans began to reflect on their own behavior,to explore the road of sustainable development of human society in the future.Urban agglomeration as a carrier of social development,his function is becoming more and more bigger.the Central Plains urban agglomeration lie s in the center of the city in the central China.there is a strong radiation effect on the economic development of the North and South and plays a very good role on the economic development of eastern and undertake.The Central Plains urban agglomeration being the center of the economy, its problem is most obvious.In this case,through the population〠resources and environment carrying capacity of the city to evaluate Central Plains urban agglomeration to promote the harmonious development of the Central Plains urban agglomeration.At the beginning,the paper describes the theory of carrying capacity of resour ces and environment,under the situation,according to national planning documents, confirmed the central plain urban agglomeration,it contains Zhengzhou, Xinxiang,Ji yuan,Jiaozuo.Kaifeng, Luoyang, Xuchang, Luohe and Ping dingshan. according to the basic factors of supportive development of the Central Plains urban Agglome ration,systemically,which to analyze the situation of carrying capacity in the Cent ral Plains urban Agglomeration.Builded system evaluation index system of resources and environment, the use of resources and environmental carrying capacity index, according to the count to the mode, systemically to evaluate the carrying capacity situation of resources and environment in the region.In the thesis,the main research results are as follows:1.Through the analysis to the water resources carrying capacity in the Central Plains Urban Agglomeration,to2010years to the present, and come to Zhengzhou city water resources carrying index is the largest. Zhengzhou,a rapid developing economy, a large of water demand in industry and agriculture,combining with the big wastewater emissions, making it being the most serious area in water shortage of Central Plains urban agglomeration of water resources.Other cities are surplus water resources, it is vast space to water resources development and the utilization.2.Through the study on the bearing capacity of land resources in Central Plains urban agglomeration, the results show that the2000-2010nine cities land resources bearing capacity of Central Plains urban agglomeration spatial variation is not obvious, overload has been in a population in these areas is in Zhengzhou city, Jiyuan, Luoyang and Ping Dingshan. Most of the rest of the region is that good humans food, especially in Xinxiang, luohe and Xuchang. Food is surplus, no excessive overload population.3.Through the study, on the bearing capacity of water environment in Central Plains urban agglomeration,results show:nine cities water environment bearing capacity of Central Plains urban agglomeration spatial variation is not obvious,From2000to2000, Xinxiang city and Kaifeng city, Xu chang city, Luohe city. the water environment bearing capacity has been in a state of overload. the water environment bearing capacity of Jiyuan city in recent10years has always been in good condition. The other4cities are in the medium level in water environment bearing capacity.4.Through the research on the bearing capacity of atmospheric in Central Plains urban agglomeration,results show that:in2000, atmospheric environment capacity focusing on central〠Southeast and southwest of Central Plains urban agglomeration is weak,pollution is more and more serious. In2005, the improvement to the environment is not at all big, and to2010,generally,the atmospheric environment is good in Central Plains urban agglomeration.5.Through the research on the bearing capacity of sound environment in Central Plains urban agglomeration,the results show that Central Plains urban agglomeration far away from the critical value of acoustic environment as a whole, the sound quality of the environment is good. |
