Since the past 20 years, china's highway construction and development has made great achievements attracting worldwide attention, the modern highway transportation system is extremely effective in promoting the development of our national economy in the healthy and fast manner as well as fast and efficient transport system. However, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the emergence of modern service industries, people puts forward higher requirements for the quality of highway services. "What is the transport services, what is the service extent, how can we evaluate the transport services" and"how to promote the transport industry into the modern service industry in transition'Tias been researched less so far. Therefore, this paper takes the highway as the researched object and analysis evaluation of the quality about highway systematically, which is of important theoretical reference value and practical guiding significance to make the strategy and planning of highway development, and to improve the highway service quality, and to promote the development of high continuously, rapidly and healthy.Based on the basic theory of highway services, the paper proposes definition, connotation and the elements of highway service using systematical method. On the basis of qualitative analysis about the constituent elements, the paper chooses the main factors and sets up the index system about the highway service. The paper identifies the weight of various indicators through theoretical analysis and advice, and puts forward the evaluation criteria, and study calculation of the index value and non-dimensional problem by analyzing the research results and current industry standards at home and abroad. Finally, the paper evaluates highway service using AHP.Based on the status of the highway, combining the specific circumstances of highway form xi'an to ling dong, the paper evaluates the quality of the highway and put forward the question of the service about the highway. Based on evaluation results and analysis of influencing factors, the paper put forward the strategies and recommendations to improve the quality of the highway services.
