The Research On Industrial Cluster Innovation System

In the background of globalization, the role of industrial clusters to increase competitive advantage of enterprises and regions has become more and more important. With the advance of new scientific and technological revolution, the competitive advantage of industrial clusters has changed from traditional gathering economy to innovation. The ability and performance of innovation now are the important source of competitive advantage.After I read a lot of relevant literature, I found that they all focus on the study of how to build a innovation system, but neglect the research on mechanism .As a result, on the basis of existing literature, this article discussed the innovative mechanism and the mechanism of stimulation and constraint, and also point out that only complete innovation system can promote continued innovation of industrial clusters. Meanwhile, in order to analyzes the buildup of innovation system, this article choose industrial actuality of Zhejiang province as a study sample.This article is divided into five sections. For the first part of introduction, the article analyzes background and significance of the research, and also the innovation and difficulties of the research. The second part is literature review .This part systemically sort relevant literature, which will be the solid foundation of further research. The third part is about innovation system of industrial clusters, and is divided into two chapters, including concept, structure and mechanism of innovation system, as well as the buildup of it. Based on the existing literature, the first chapter puts forward my own views on the concept and structure of innovation system and focus on the research of mechanism. The second chapter, with the sample of Zhejiang province, analyzes the importance of innovation system for industrial clusters in the evolution to the advanced stage, and point out how to set up innovation system. An empirical study into the forth, study Shengzhou Necktie Industrial Cluster, analyzes its innovation system and tap its merits, in order to provide reference for the setup of innovation of other clusters and for the government policy. The last part is conclusions of the article.This research on innovation system of industrial clusters, on the one hand, in theory, could make up for the lack of related research, on the other hand, can provide reference for the further development of industrial clusters.
