Research On Development And Management Of Intellectual Resource In China's SOCIO-Economic Development

Nowadays,intellectual resource has become the first resource in socio-economic sustainable development,and it also be the important force for social progress.Scientific and technological progress and innovation is a decisive factor in the sicio-economic development and the core of national competition.Actually,International competition is the competition of intellectual resource.In the next few decades,our country must implementing the idea of scientific development and get a clear understanding of intellectual resource'role in the economic development,in order to seize the opportunity to develop by leaps and bounds.Therefore,get a accurate understanding of the concept of intellectual resource,comprehensively analyze the current status of China's intellectual resource and the problems,make an effort on intellectual resource exploitation and management,are meaningful in the current and future.The whole thesis is divided into three parts:The first part of thesis is the first three chapters.It mainly explains the meaning of the intelligence,intellectual resource and the concept associated with the intellectual resource,summarizes the characteristics of intellectual resource and its relationship with other resources.Based on the analysis of current characteristics of China's economic development,discusses the relevance between intellectual resource and socio-economic developmnet.The thesis gives the explanation that the intellectual resource had gradually been the invaluable property and core resource of modern economy development,also becomes the main source and element of economic progress.Therefore,the strengthening of intellectual resource development and management has a great practical significance to our country.Secondly,the thesis analyzes the conditions,problems and their reasons with our intellectual resource development and management combining the different dimensions of intellectual resource's distribution.Since the beginning of reform and opening up of our country,the Party and the Government have gradually recognized the importance of intellectual resource and implemented some strategies such as science and education,human power,provided intellectual supporting for Socialist modernization.But some problems still exsit such as our country's population have a weak foundation,the structural contradictions and intellectuals'emigration,lack of nurturing and development.These serious problems restrict the socio-economic development of China.Thirdly,through the investigating on the experiences of domestic and foreign intellectual resource development and management,the thesis puts forward the main countermeasures of our intellectual resource development and management which including seven aspects:promote education reform,improve the development of intellectuals, attract the overseas intellectual resource,protect intellectual property rights,improve intellectual resource market,develop intellectually industry,establish the information network of intellectual resource.
