In recent years, CMCC has gained rapid development while market competition is more and more serious. Traditional voice service customers and ARPU grow slowly and customer churn rate is high, which make the development speed of customer and revenue declined. As the key market, group client market competition becomes more serious. As to the "two eight theory" ,80% of the profits is generated from the 20% group client , development and maintenance of group client are undoubtedly the emphases of CMCC strategy.This paper focuses on group client managers who conduct marketing and communication with group clients. This paper tries to use the knowledge of strategy management,human resource management and company operating management ,with concluding and deducting method, combining with CMCC operating and group client marketing , analyse the actuality of group client manager performance management, and design the group client manager performance management system for CMCC city branch company according to operational and scientific principal.This paper makes efforts to combine group client performance with CMCC client operation and development strategy target by designing and conducting the performance management system, which aims to promote the team's work enthusiasm,efficiency and creativity , make group client manager team to be the real human resource in CMCC. On the level of company strategy , the design of performance management system will form strong human resource foundation for CMCC in group client operating and maintenance.
