Banking Software Outsourcing Project Management Optimize Research

With the fierce competition of banks and the new business becoming increasingly clear, the bank needs more information systems to satisfy the competition and business demands. Hence the outsourcing of information system development is in the favor of any bank. However, there are many problems such as making an outsourcing project in a dilemma and sometimes discovering the system which is hard to meet the demands after completing the project in the outsourcing.This thesis carries out an analysis of the software project characteristics and the managing process, the key process of software outsourcing project. From the view of the bank (the software buyer), this thesis explores how to use the SA-CMM to optimize the process of software outsourcing project and strengthen the process management of software outsourcing project so that the project management level of software outsourcing in banking could be improved.This article is divided into five chapters. The first chapter on the banking industry, software outsourcing preface of the status quo and problem analysis, This study clarified the purpose and significance of the study pointed out that the banking sector software outsourcing project management and practical significance. And CMM and SA-CMM regard software acquisition capability maturity model for the definition and analysis. Also point out that the SA-CMM in software outsourcing project management strengths.At the same time, this article discussed the characteristics of software projects, methods, and SA-CMM (Software Capability Maturity Model to obtain) a brief overview, an analysis of SA-CMM in software outsourcing project management strengths.Chapter II, respectively introduces the software outsourcing and the software outsourcing the characteristics of the banking sector. Introduce the banking sector on outsourcing and software outsourcing the status quo. And an analysis of software outsourcing and banking software outsourcing advantages and disadvantages.Chapter III introduced the banking software outsourcing project management process and the existence of problem analysis.
