As the main component of railway network, railway terminal plays extremely important roles in railway and regional logistics development. With the constant development of china's economy, existing railway terminal can not adapt to the requirements of social development, particularly the development of regional logistics. How to seize the opportunities of logistics development and to achieve railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration, which is related to the future development of railway terminal and its related logistics enterprise.This thesis involves the main contents and the innovation as follows:(1) The thesis expounds the development of railway terminal and theexistent problem. Based on the theory of logistics resources integration,railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integrationis put forward under the condition of modern logistics.(2) The theoretical origin and theoretical support of railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration is inquired from the systems theory, synergetic theory, value chain theory, supply chain management theory, industrial cluster theory and transaction cost theory.(3) Railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration are studied from three aspects: the optimization and integration of railway terminal-related internal logistics resources, a strategic alliance between the relevant internal and external logistics enterprises of railway terminal,integration and sharing of railway terminal internal and external information resources. Base of these, conceptual model and evaluation index system of railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration are set up.(4) Through analyzing and studying deeply comprehensive evaluation method and several other evaluation methods. Finally it uses the method of multiple fuzzy recognition to evaluate the effect of railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration. (5) The described method reasonability and practicability are verified by applying to estimate the case of railway terminal-related logistics resources optimization and integration in Guangzhou.
