A Study Of Organization On Order Project Management For Production-oriented Enterprise

This thesis analyzed the project management status quo of the production-oriented enterprise ,meanwhile ,the thesis held the idea that we can view the orders as the projects.In order to solve the problems among many projects due to scrabbling for resources.Therefore, we can set up a way of increasing more orders controlling centers. And at the same time we can increase the numbers of order directors to guarantee the completion of the orders on schedule .Accordingly ,we can achieve the maximization of the overall interests .Orders controlling centers are responsible for orders arrangement and others like selection and dispatchment of orders directors. The original functional departments transformed into the departments of resources-supplying. The change of the department role can be realized by a system for the evaluation of work. The author have designed the operation model and workflow for order project management of the enterprises by the way of reversing to achieve the orders project system and the way of the examination and assessment system provided by individual resources departments. And the author also put forward the measures to solve the conflicts in the production enterprise orders project, which aims to provide for a feasible way of organization management mode.The thesis consists of 4 chapters.First of all ,it specifies the research purpose ,significance and method of the project management of the enterprises.It puts forward the necessities for the research of project management,because the production enterprises are facing the challenges of the competitive environments, we need to take advantage of the concepts of project management to remold the management mode ;The purpose of the study aims to discover the traditional production -oriented enterprises management problems ,then it deals with the design and discussion on organization of production orders project management and the operation model .the research method employed the method of the literature review ,social investigation, and the individual analysis .The second, the thesis made an overview on the correlation analysis on the project management,production-oriented enterprises and the organization of project management.at the same time, it elaborated the corresponding concepts of the project management and production enterprise ; to carried out the analysis on the current situation of project management organization and the advantages and disadvantages of them;it also summarized the features of production enterprises ,and more importantly, production enterprises which carried out project management should be correspond to the individual features of themselves. Meanwhile, it should solve the problems which are brought by many orders .finally the thesis also deals with the features of the system of the function and project and matrixes.The third ,the thesis aims to employ the project management theory to design the organization construction of the system of order project management to increase the numbers of the order -controlling centers and order directors.we can carried out an investigation and analysis on the production arrangement of order project management of the production enterprises and the procedure of order .and then we put forward the design plan to transform the way of the exam assessments to ensure the achievement of production enterprises order project management .we also elaborate and analyse the management flow and arrangement exam assessment respectively.Lastly, according to the theory analysis and the order project management design. We transform the CQ Cabin company in reality as an example to specify the organization and operation mode of the order project management.It regard each orders as a project, with a view to remold the management mode of the order project .and to analyses the management workflow of the order and management mechanism, at last, they evaluate it.Therefore we comprehensively analyses the effects of the organization mode on the performances and proficiencies.It is the only way for the production enterprises to adapt to the market change and to improve the competiveness of the cooperation and make enterprises innovation ,whereas ,currently the theory for production cooperation project management is not completely perfect,that is ,it is also lack of experience, therefore it is still a long way to go.In order to promote the management of the production enterprises order project earlier, all of them introduced in this thesis need us to discover and research.
