According to the above, the writer has made some shallow explorations to the way of the northern Jiangsu new rural construction. First, propose the advance of the rural industrial structure adjustment , develop the industry with region characteristic. Second ,continue to deepen the rural economy market-oriented reform in northern Jiangsu. Third, develop agriculture eco-tourism, enlarge the extension of agriculture. Fourth, increase the dynamics of rural labor-force training with the purpose of promoting the labor-force quality comprehensive. Fifth, innovative rural land circulation system. Sixth, speed up the information construction of rural. And the last, improve the leadership capacity of basic-level organizations to create a service-oriented basic-level organizations and so on several concrete way suggestion.
