Rural Financial System Innovation In Northern Jiangsu

This article sets Huaian rural areas as a sample. Through systematic analysis of the financial needs and financial system innovation, this article proposes a few ideas about innovation of rural financial system in the less developed regions.This paper consists of six parts mainly:The first part introduces the research background, significance, research methods and ideas.The second part mainly reviews the reference articles, including the understanding of the rural financial system, the theory of financial demand and supply of rural areas, the meaning of the rural financial system innovation.The third part firstly reviews the course of development of China’s rural financial system, on that basis, and then introduces analysis of the existing rural financial system’s functional deletion. Combined with the characteristics of rural financial system of some foreign developed and developing countries, the part also puts forward a few suggestions in the direction of the reform of the rural financial system in China and as directional guidance to rural financial system innovation in northern Jiangsu.The fourth part sets a prefecture-level city with a less developed economy of northern Jiangsu province-Huai’an as an example. By analyzing the problems and obstacles to reform their economic characteristics of the rural areas, the financial and credit needs and the rural financial system innovation, pave the way for the next rural financial system innovation in northern Jiangsu.Through the analysis of the above few chapters, from the aspects of warranty innovation, the informal financial development, and development of new rural financial institutions, the fifth part puts forward some new ideas about the rural financial system innovation in Northern Jiangsu.The sixth part is the conclusions and outlook, which delivers a brief summary of this paper’s viewpoints. And this part also looks forward to landing the theoretical research at the operational level and being transformed into actual productivity.
