Research On The Standardization Development Of Farmer Professional Cooperatives In Henan Province

In recent years,farmer professional cooperatives have been flourished. The majority of farmers , decentralized management,are organizationed by farmer professional cooperatives to produce by joint, process and sell agricultural products. Practice has proved that this form of organization has played a significant role at the level of improving the income of the farmers in our province, enhancing competitiveness of agricultural products, optimizing the industrial structure. But overall, farmer professional cooperatives in our province are still in the initial stage of development, and there is little farmer professional cooperatives in accordance with the construction principles of cooperatives, such as the majority of cooperatives generally do not follow the democratic management, and return the remaining amount in accordance with the principles of the transaction.Those are which the most basic principles of standardization cooperatives. In addition, there is a series of mechanisms constraining factors,such as inadequate government support, low level of cooperation, unsound mechanism in the development of cooperative norms. Based on this, the author carry out research on most farmer professional cooperatives of the cities and counties of Henan province .In order to standardize the development of cooperatives as the breakthrough point, from government support, capital, technology, information, internal operating mechanism of the analysis, combined with foreign countries regulate the development of major experience of farmer professional cooperatives, propose measures and proposals.Thesis has five parts: Firstly, it introduce of the research background, object, purpose, meaning, both at home and abroad to standardize the development of farmer professional cooperatives in the major research to study the ideas and methods. Secondly,it summarizes the standardization of Henan Province in the development of cooperatives ,and examples are from the major members of the cooperative farmers, business and development models. Thirdly, it analyzes restraining factors of cooperatives standardized of our province on government support, capital, technology, information, and the internal mechanism. Fourth,it explore on the focus of the Government in promoting standardization development of the cooperative. Including foreign governments in promoting the development of cooperative norms in the typical role of our government should take measures. Fifth, it from the cooperative development of the external environment and internal aspects of operating mechanisms, combined with the actual development of our province cooperative norms, promote the development of cooperative measures.
