Research On The Internal Environment Management Of Small And Medium-Sized Technology-based Enterprises Based On Technological Innovation

Small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy, such as stabilizing the economic growth, promoting the international trade, pushing the technical progress, reducing the unemployment and so on. Small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises are characteristic of flexible decision mechanism, good market adaptability and high-tech content, especially of unique advantage in the area of technological innovation, which make them to be the important carriers to transform the scientific achievements into commodity and implement the technological innovation. Meanwhile, technological innovation is also the most important factor that pushes the small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises forward.The paper researches the internal environment management of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises, trying to analyze the influence mechanism of enterprise internal environment to the process of technological innovation and how to improve the internal environment suitability, so as to effectively improve the technological innovation. The paper can be divided into four parts: Firstly, the paper defines what's enterprise internal environment, and detailedly analyzes the influence mechanism of enterprise internal environment to the process of technological innovation, which tells us that brilliant enterprise internal environment benefits the development of technological innovation. Secondly, based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the paper constructs the suitability evaluation system of enterprise internal environment to technological innovation. Thirdly, after introducing the traditional motivation mechanism of technological innovation, the paper constructs a new motivation mechanism of technological innovation based on the enterprise internal environment and puts forward some improvement measures of enterprise internal environment. At last, taking a small and medium-sized enterprise as an example, the paper evaluates its suitability of enterprise internal environment to technological innovation, which confirms that persistent ability of technological innovation is rooted in brilliant enterprise internal environment.
