Study On Technology Policy For Comparative Transportation

With the rapid development of global economy and technology, transportation, transportation demand has become more complex, contradiction between supply and requirement has become more serious. Capacity of transportation system has been enlarged, vast investment and cost has been paid out because of the improvement of transportation service quality and ability. System cost has been enhanced gradually. Therefore, building and developing perfect technology policy for comprehensive transportation and the correlation question research appears day by day urgently.Technology policy for comprehensive transportation is a complex system which consists of next four parts: transportation network, equipments, passenger and freight traffic flow, organizer administer of various transportation mode. It emphasizes the join of the transportation mode and transportation resource and it has been established in next three parts: perfect service of transportation course, the zero-distance transfer of passenger of multimode transportation and the freightage seamless transfer.Basing on collecting the pipeline developmental strategy and the plan, the policy, in the statistical data of multimode transportation in our country and the developed country, this article achieves the union of theory and the practice by using the theory of the qualitative and the quantitative analysis, the statically comparative and the dynamic comparative analysis. Through analyzing technology policy for the overseas comprehensive transportation, this article carries on the analysis to the development situations and questions, and then this article studies the main technology policy for comparative transportation. Finally basing on above analyses research, this article proposes some suggestions of policy for comprehensive transportation.
