A Study On The Developing Of Development Zone And Its Influence On The Urban Spatial Structure In LanZhou

After over 20 years developing, the Development zone in china has been playing a dominant role in urban development. It has been an important factor in facilitating the optimization of the urban region space and accelerating the changes of urban social space. At the present time, it is a sizable adjustment and transformation for most development zone in china. On account of the relative deficiency of the study on western development zone, the present study briefly reviewed the development history at home and abroad and systematically hackled the related study on the developing of development zone as well as the interaction between the development zone and urban spaces. Then the paper further researched the developing of the development zone and its influence on urban spatial structure based on the research of the development zone in LanZhou.The paper begins with a tentatively analysis of the overview of the developing of the development zone and urban spatial structure in LanZhou. Through an overall investigation of the development zone above the provincial level, the developing history has been divided into three stages: tentative exploration, comprehensive implementation and steady development. And the developing of 2 existing state-level development zones and 4 provincial ones has been introduced. Besides, the urban spatial structure has been analyzed and illustrated in the view of regional structure and industry mechanism to further explore the influence of the development zone on urban spatial structure.Secondly, the developing of the development zone has been comprehensively evaluated by means of fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method. Based on the questionnaire, through identifying the evaluating index system, working out the valuating weighting factor by analytic hierarchy process and getting the Roland Rating of every developing zone by means of fuzzy evaluation method, quantitative analysis of the developing of the development zone has been realized. The results showed that the developing of the state-level ones were obviously better than the provincial ones. The evaluation number of social evaluation for most development zone was higher than the one of economic efficiency. And there was a slight deficiency in preferential policy and infrastructure construction.Thirdly, the urban spatial structure influenced by the developing of the development zone has been further investigated. With the view of the careful and multilayer as well as all-wave description for the developing of the development zone, integrated the urban regional spatial structure, industrial spatial structure and social relations and spatial structure, the influence of the development zone's construction on urban spatial structure. It showed that the development zone's construction is the important top power for facilitating the changes of regional spatial structure and accelerating the Newtown construction. It is also one of the important incentives for promoting the optimization of industrial space as well as resulting in the differentiation of Social Relations and Spatial Structure.In the last place, the integration of development zone and urban spaces has been explored. Through the analysis of basis for integration of the region space, industrial economy,and institutional culture and so on, the specific way for integrated development has been proposed, including building land, facilities, industry, conformity in system and so on. It is to be expected to realize the coordinated development between the development zone and urban spaces in LanZhou, and bring the driven function of the development zone in Regional Economic Development into full play.
