Study On The Development Of Lanzhou Urban Tourist Districts Based On City Characteristics

After urban industrialization,commercialization and tourismification process has been turned into main driving force which accelerates development and expansion of the city, this makes the scope of urban tourism in space to be expanded. Socio-economic development and continuous improvement of people's living standard,have created a more extensive and popular demand for city tourism.The rapid development of urban tourism, continuously generates the support and contribution rate of the city economy, has become an important part that enhanced the competitiveness of the urban,the construction of Urban Tourist Districts have been received attention gradually.City characteristics is the monopoly capital of an urban, but also an important support of tourism development and urban construction. And Urban Tourist Districts have more stronger "plasticity",compared to the traditional tourist areas. To shape unique style of Urban Tourist Districts in conjunction with urban characteristics, is a strategic choice of the sustainable development of urban tourism,this can help to achieve the integration of city characteristics,urban tourism and urban construction, to promote an all-round development of the whole city, and to upgrade the city's comprehensive competitiveness in essence.There have been an obviously twofold lagging trend of city characteristics shaping and urban tourism development of the Lanzhou city.Based on the using of city characteristics and urban tourism theory, this article is conducted an in-depth analysis of the present development situation about the material characteristics and Urban Tourist Districts in Lanzhou. As a starting point, function deployment and spatial structure of urban tourism,elements of the urban landscape and its integrated development, an organization and management with regard to the tourism economy, molding of city visual image as well as city image, the article puts forward promotely developing models and principles of Urban Tourist Districts,and the ways of developing and specific measures that can be effectively integrated into the city's characteristics.In this paper,a total divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part.The second chapter to the fifth is the textual material, the second chapter is for the basic research theory of developing the urban tourist districts, briefly be described the basic meaning, main features and evolution mechanism of urban tourism areases, as well as the interaction between city characteristics and Urban Tourist Districts.They provides a theoretical foundation and fundamental basis to a part of the empirical research. In the third chapter,how to define the scope of lanzhou's urban tourist districts is made a description,and including the SWOT analysis of the development situation, an in-depth exploration into the need for development of Urban Tourist Districts and material characteristics. Fourth chapter and the fifth chaper are for the core of this article, based on an Analysis of developing conditions of the Tourist Districts in Lanzhou city, the four development patterns are proposed by, to empirical studies on lanzhou city and the comparative analysis of developing patterns, decision-making for the choice of pattern and application is based on an interrelated evaluation which has been given. The fifth chapter proposed the basic channels of the Tourist Districts development in lanzhou city, from landscape shaping, infrastructure and industrial development of characteristics to management and dissemination of the city image, a specifical analysis is made on the key measures of access to the corresponding effect.The sixth chapter for this article conclusion part, has carried on the necessary induction and analysis of the relevant studies to the full text, and the conclusions is made briefly in this article, simultaneously summarized the article reseach's deficiency that is needed to a further explanation.
