Nowadays, it is important to establish harmonious relation in between employer and employee in business enterprise in China .Without harmonization of labor relation, the Society will out of harmony. After the reform and openness in 1979, Communist Party of China and government in china bring forward the mission of building a well-to-do society and realizing a part of person to rich. But, the problem of the common wealthy didn't resolve, and contradiction of interests is outstanding, in the meantime, the relation is extremely strained in new history period. For the sake of realization the former rich to lead the latter and eventually to be together, and building the ideal of well-to-do society, the Party and the Government timely formulate the detailed content and the index sign how to establish the harmonious society. So the labor relation and the problem of to get along harmoniously and to develop commonly at various ownership forms walked to the history stage. It decided to relocate the relation in between employees and employer and to unify the common wealthy of strategy. How to set up business enterprise harmonious labor relation is a new mission that the Marxism's basic principle and the actual fact in China is combining to form the Sinicized Marxism on the business enterprise labor relation.At present, to promulgate the Law of Promoting Employment and the Law of Labor Contract is the latest practice and the theories result that the Marxist basic principles interact with China business enterprise labor relation. We must carry out making theoretical innovation which is based on Chinese concrete reality.Practically, how to being let general public gain and share the reforming achievement under the persistence socialism system and market economy system, how to protect employee on perfecting modern enterprise property order, is the topic that the Party and the Government urgently need resolve.
